Treasurer’s Calendar Winter 2025

December 10, 2025 By Orleans Township

December 31, 2025 – Treasurer’s Office open 9am-noon, 1pm-5pm

January 15, 2026 – Treasurer’s office open 1pm-4pm

January 30, 2026 –Treasurer’s office open 10am-1pm

February 17, 2026 – Treasurer’s office open 9am-noon,1pm-5pm (NOTE: last day to pay 2025 Winter Property Tax without penalty.)

February 18, 2026– A 1% late fee will be added to all unpaid summer tax bills and with an additional 1% added on the first of each month until paid in full.

February 27, 2026 – Treasurer’s Office open 9am-12pm, 1pm-4pm, last day taxes are payable at the Township.

March 2, 2026 – All unpaid taxes will be transferred to the Ionia County Treasurer for collection.

Property Tax Payment Information

  • Please make checks payable to: Orleans Township
  • Credit card payments are accepted by GovPayNet (888) 604-7888 or online at com. Use pay location 1512.  A processing fee(s) will be charged.  Include your property parcel number in the memo area when paying online when using an online payment service.
  • Payments can be mailed to: Orleans Township, PO Box 49, Orleans, MI 48865 or Dropped off in the drop box located at the Township Hall, 3077 Palmer Rd., Orleans, MI.
  • Postmarks will not be honored as the date of payment and the Township is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
  • Receipts WILL NOT be automatically mailed. If you wish a receipt to be mailed, please submit a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment.
  • Please contact the Treasurer’s office for current amount due when making a past due payment or view tax information at www.ioniacounty.org.
